The better your question — the better my answer.
Before you post — tell me three things:
- What are you working on? Which pillar, which installation, which week you're in.
- What have you tried? What actions have you taken so far.
- What specifically do you need? One clear question. Not a situation — a question.
Example of a question I can't help with: "I'm struggling with the installation."
Example of a question I can help with: "I'm on Week 2 of Protein First. I'm hitting my target Monday to Friday but falling apart on weekends. Should I adjust my target for weekends or build a different strategy for those days?"
