The better your question — the better my answer.
Before you post — tell me three things:
  1. What are you working on? Which pillar, which installation, which week you're in.
  2. What have you tried? What actions have you taken so far.
  3. What specifically do you need? One clear question. Not a situation — a question.
Example of a question I can't help with: "I'm struggling with the installation."
Example of a question I can help with: "I'm on Week 2 of Protein First. I'm hitting my target Monday to Friday but falling apart on weekends. Should I adjust my target for weekends or build a different strategy for those days?"
