Before you post β tell me three things:
- What are you working on? Which pillar or what area of your life.
- What have you tried? What actions have you taken so far.
- What specifically do you need? One clear question. Not a situation β a question.
Example of a question I can't help with: "I'm struggling with eating healthy."
Example of a question I can help with: "I've been working on my nutrition for two weeks. I'm hitting my targets Monday to Friday but falling apart on weekends. Should I adjust my target for weekends or build a different strategy for those days?"
