Life Undefined was born out of awareness, infinite potential, and the experience of change. It's a philosophy rooted in something simple but profound: who you truly are cannot be defined.
Not by a body. Not by a personality, a job, or a family. No matter how hard we try — our spirit, our creative power, our capacity to extend love — can't be put into words. We are constantly evolving, and when we stop trying to define ourselves and start getting curious about what we actually are, something opens up.
This community is a space to settle into that undefinable nature — to make room for wonder, presence, and the kind of miracles that only come when we stop clutching and start allowing. Guided by Aria McGowan, founder of Undefined Wellness, and grounded in the philosophy of A Course in Miracles, the work here is practical and honest: releasing guilt, fear, and shame, and finding your way back to love.
