Week 4 Day 6
Tomorrow I end Life in Motion #1! Intentionally aiming to walk a mile everyday has really changed my mindset over the past month! I don’t harp on the days that I missed because I’m so happy incorporating a routine into full time school and grad school. I can’t wait to use this consistency and start stacking daily goals in my 2nd program!
