✨ What Is Life Coaching (Emotional & Environmental Alchemy), Really? ✨
People often think life coaching means talking to someone who has everything perfectly figured out — someone polished, flawless, and standing on a mountaintop handing down wisdom. But that’s not what coaching with me looks like. Not even close. Life coaching is a conversation with someone who’s also on the journey. Someone who’s still healing, still learning, still growing — just like you. I’m not here to pretend I’ve mastered life. I’m here because I’ve walked through enough of my own shadows to know where the light switches are. Coaching with me isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about being seen, heard, and gently guided back to the parts of yourself you forgot. Together, we explore: ✨ What you’re craving ✨ What’s blocking you ✨ What your soul is quietly asking for ✨ What direction feels like home And here’s the spoiler alert… What you’re searching for? It’s already inside you. My job isn’t to give you the answers. It’s to help you hear your own answers more clearly. If you’re ready to reconnect with the truest version of yourself, your "true north", I’m here — human, imperfect, and walking the path right beside you. 🤍

Advice from Zazu 🐾
🐈 Tonight, while the house was full—voices, movement, laughter, chaos—Zazu chose the center of the living room floor and fell fast asleep. Not hidden away. Not startled. Not bothered. Right in the middle of it all. She didn’t need silence to rest. She didn’t need control to feel safe. She didn’t need the world to calm down before she did. She simply kept her peace. ✌🏻☮️ A gentle reminder for me (and maybe for you): You don’t have to wait for the noise to stop to be grounded. You don’t have to escape the chaos to be calm. You can rest in the center of your life—unmoved, unbothered, steady. Be like Zazu. Choose your calm. Even when the room is loud. 🖤✨

✨ Aquarius Season & Finding Your True North ✨
🌕Snow Moon | February 1 ❄️✨
Tonight’s Snow Moon rises on the first day of February, illuminating the second half of Aquarius season—a threshold moment between what has been and what’s coming. Aquarius energy now shifts from awakening to integration. The insights, disruptions, and inner rebellions of the past weeks are asking to be grounded into truth and action. What felt uncomfortable was meant to free you. At the same time, we are still shedding the Year of the Snake 🐍—old skins, quiet fears, survival patterns, and stories rooted in secrecy or self-protection. The Snake teaches wisdom through release, and its work isn’t rushed. Ahead waits the Fire Horse 🔥🐎—bold, instinctual, fast, and unapologetically alive. But the Horse cannot run carrying old skins. Under this Snow Moon: ❄️ Release what has grown tight or heavy 🌬️ Let clarity replace overthinking 🔥 Prepare your spirit for movement, courage, and momentum This is a moon for clearing space, not forcing answers. Rest. Reflect. Choose honesty—with yourself first. The path forward is warming beneath the snow. 🌕✨ Themysticsisters.org #themysticsistersllc

🐈‍⬛✨ Everyone needs a cat like this. Period. ✨🐈‍⬛
I have determined that the most effective productivity system is not a planner. Not a reminder app. Not even discipline. It is a cat. Her name is Siri (short for Sarabi, Simba’s mom, from the Lion King). She is one of the loves of my life and also my personal accountability demon. When Siri wants something—food, attention, justice—she does not meow. She does not cuddle. She does not gently remind. No. She escalates! She knocks things off tables, specifically my nightstand, while I am sleeping. She flips through notebooks with her claws like, “Oh, were these important?” She finds the exact behavior that irritates my soul and repeats it until her demands are met. And it got me thinking… If I had Siri assigned to my to-do list? If she started knocking things over every time I procrastinated? I would be unstoppable!!! ✨ Moral of the story: annoyance is apparently my primary motivator. ✨ Secondary moral: Siri is not just a cat, she is a familiar with a management style. Send help. Or snacks. Preferably snacks—for her. 😼
