🧠 Adaptability Is A Superpower In This Industry
One thing I’ve learned very quickly in the insurance business is this:
You cannot be emotionally attached to your opinions.
If I see something working better, I adapt.If I learn a better system, I pivot.If I realize I was wrong about something, I change my mind and improve.
Too many agents let ego trap them into outdated methods, bad training, or systems that clearly aren’t producing results.
The business changes. Marketing changes. Consumer behavior changes. Technology changes.
The agents who survive long term are the ones willing to learn, adjust, and evolve without letting pride get in the way.
