Leaving public education is HARD, but it's totally doable - because whether you know it or not, you have gained so many skills over the years that have set you up for success OUTSIDE of school.
I created this community because after 17 years in education, I left to protect my health, peace, and identity. I didn’t have a roadmap or guidance, and I had no idea what my life would look like beyond teaching.
I decided to use the strengths I built in education - leadership, communication, problem solving, organization, etc. - to create my new path.
This community exists to help you do the same.
