A lot of people view who they are by what they do for work. I know that I have done that most of my life. For a lot of us, OLS was the biggest, most important thing we had done in our lives up to that point. So coming off mission has understandably been a very difficult, lonely process for a lot of people. What I want all of us to do is start a deep dive into self reflection and really figure out who we are outside of work, outside of OLS. Find your true purpose and calling. Post your findings.
