(If you want, share a photo — we’re all about real connection.) 2️⃣ Set ONE Non-Negotiable daily Activity. Pick one thing you will commit to, no matter what. PDF Attached so that you can download. Examples: - Wake up at 5:00 AM every day - No fast food for 30 days - Daily gratitude before bed - 2-mile jog every morning - Something that you can see yourself doing for life - make it simple (Just so you know, my non-negotiable is to run 2 miles everyday outside, rain or shine) Make it real. Make it push you. It’s about doing that one non-negotiable thing every day — and owning it as your daily win. 3️⃣ Share Your Goals - What do you want to accomplish in Libre? It could be physical, mental, family, or emotional goals. We’re here to keep you accountable and celebrate your wins. 💬 How We Roll This community runs on three things: Discipline. Accountability. Every Saturday, we go live for Libre Sessions — There will be a specific topic to cover. We talk life, discipline, and freedom. You can ask questions, share updates, and connect with others walking the same path.
