One of the most exhausting places to be as a business owner is this:
Your business works, but ONLY if you’re constantly involved.
Clients are coming in.
Revenue exists.
Things technically function.
But everything feels heavier and harder than it should.
What I see most often isn’t a lack of effort or motivation. It's a business that has outgrown the original structure.
You ARE the system. You ARE the hands, the feet, and the brains of your business and can't seem to pull back long enough to see how to adjust.
It’s not failure. It’s an unfinished structure.
The moment clarity enters the picture, things get lighter fast, not because you do more, but because the business finally supports you.
