I wanted to share an update on my progress.
For Week 1, I focused on the following:
* I went from 312 pounds to 303 pounds .
* **Fitness:** encouraged me to fast, cut out sugar and processed foods, and increase my cardio to 30-60 minutes daily. Brother encouraged me to take walking meetings and more frequent walks throughout the day. Thank you, fellas, for the accountability. I am forever appreciative.
