100K investment
Hi All,
I need some advice on how to best invest $100,000.
Option 1:
- Pay off my current property.
- Generate a monthly cash flow of $2,000.
Option 2:
- Use the funds as a down payment on a new property.
- Expand my real estate portfolio.
Option 3:
- Partner with hard money lenders to acquire at least two properties.
Which of these options is the best strategy? If there is another option please let me know.
