Hi All, I need some advice on how to best invest $100,000. Option 1: - Pay off my current property. - Generate a monthly cash flow of $2,000. Option 2: - Use the funds as a down payment on a new property. - Expand my real estate portfolio. Option 3: - Partner with hard money lenders to acquire at least two properties. Which of these options is the best strategy? If there is another option please let me know. Thanks in advance for your comments and advice.
