Welcome to our little corner of the Skool community. I launched this channel to build a community for handspinners online and share what I have learned since my spinning journey began in 2010. With that said, I started this community VERY recently as 2025 is coming to a close. 2026 will bring many new and exciting things. Welcome! My name is Shilo and I am so happy to build this community with you. I have been spinning for more than 15 years and learn much of what I know the hard way - on my own. My hope in bringing us together I can share what I have learned and help spinners elevate their skills. As a community, we have so much knowledge. Spin for 10 minutes using your default method. Your "Default Yarn" is yarn you end up with using your go-to drafting technique, treadle speed, and rhythm you default to without thinking about it. Comment with your answers to these questions: 1. Are you happy with your default yarn? 2. What, if anything, would you like to change about it? 3. What would you do next with this single?
