Not a recovery group. Not an AA meeting. Not a program that requires you to label yourself before you can get help. Just an honest, no fluff space for high performers who are tired of leaving time, energy, relationships, and opportunity on the table every weekend.
I'm J Brandon Foster. Four years ago I woke up on a Tuesday morning, stared at myself in the bathroom mirror, and didn't recognize the person looking back at me. I wasn't at rock bottom. I hadn't lost my job or my marriage. I was just tired of showing up at 80% on my best days — and much less on my worst.
So I quit. And everything changed.
