If you want to get the most out of The Daley Practice, start in the Classroom tab. The courses there are the foundation of this work. Each lesson is 8–22 minutes and is designed to provide you with the core understanding and practices for real, sustainable healing. These aren’t long lectures or information overload. They’re practical, embodied teachings that help you understand: - What’s actually happening in your nervous system - Why anxiety shows up the way it does - How to work with your body instead of against it Everything we practice in the community builds on what’s taught there. You don’t need to rush.Go at your own pace.Let the material land in your body, not just your mind. Start with the Classroom, and let this become a practice you can return to.
