3 things that you can do to become the person you've always wanted to be! - Part 1
-Let’s Rewire how we speak to ourselves!-
1️⃣ Catch the old story. Every time you hear "I'm not someone who..." — pause. That's not truth, it's an old identity talking. Replace it with "I'm becoming someone who..."
2️⃣ Speak to yourself like someone you love. Would you tell your best friend they're not ready, not enough, too late? Talk to yourself the way you'd talk to the person you're proud of.
3️⃣ Write as your future self. Each morning, journal a few lines as the person who already lives your dream. Not "I hope to" — "I am." Your nervous system starts believing what you repeat.
Your identity isn't fixed. It's a story you're allowed to rewrite — one sentence at a time.
