We Can Live Wide Open
Imagine a life where you no longer abandon yourself. Where you don’t shrink to make others comfortable. Where your dreams don’t scare you away from yourself. Where your nervous system feels safe enough to receive joy, love, success, and purpose. That life isn’t reserved for other people. It’s created every time you choose: Expansion over contraction. Trust over fear. Openness over shrinking. Transformation isn’t becoming someone else. 💫 You Can Start before you feel ready
Your Dreams Need The Real You You don’t need to be more confident before you begin. You don’t need to be completely healed. You don’t need certainty. Your dreams don’t require a perfect version of you. They require your willingness. Your honesty. Your openness. Fear may still be there. But fear no longer gets to decide. Every time you choose openness, you strengthen the identity of the person you’re becoming. And one day you’ll realize: You became that person by practicing✨

Your identity is a story you're allowed to rewrite — one sentence at a time.
3 things that you can do to become the person you've always wanted to be! - Part 1 -Let’s Rewire how we speak to ourselves!- 1️⃣ Catch the old story. Every time you hear "I'm not someone who..." — pause. That's not truth, it's an old identity talking. Replace it with "I'm becoming someone who..." 2️⃣ Speak to yourself like someone you love. Would you tell your best friend they're not ready, not enough, too late? Talk to yourself the way you'd talk to the person you're proud of. 3️⃣ Write as your future self. Each morning, journal a few lines as the person who already lives your dream. Not "I hope to" — "I am." Your nervous system starts believing what you repeat. Your identity isn't fixed. It's a story you're allowed to rewrite — one sentence at a time.
