Mental strength check in. No filters. No hype.
Training is not just about getting stronger muscles. It is about building a nervous system that can handle pressure, responsibility, stress, and uncertainty. Most people are not weak physically. They are overloaded mentally. Constant noise. Constant comparison. Zero recovery. Then they wonder why motivation disappears and discipline feels heavy. Here is the truth. Movement is regulation. Strength training gives your mind boundaries. Sets. Reps. Breath. Effort. Recovery. That structure bleeds into real life. When you train with intention, you remind yourself that discomfort is survivable, effort is optional but powerful, and quitting is a choice you do not need to make today. This academy is not about pretending everything is fine. It is about showing up anyway. Train on the good days and the bad ones. Especially the bad ones. Drop a comment with the word STRONG and tell us one thing you did this week that moved you forward, even if it was small. That is how momentum starts.
Hyrox training.
Hey coach!! I see all the content you post on your experiences with Hyrox and I can’t help but feel fomo!🤣 I want to sign up for my first event, but due to my competitive nature, I need to train for this before I do. Do you have any training splits in preparation for the Hyrox? Any tips, suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for being my inspiration on starting something new!

Night before Christmas
First time going for a landmine attempt, worked my way up to 40kg today. Started with a 60 kg sandball, it can only go up from here! Merry Christmas to you all!

How’s everyone’s holiday
Back in town and grateful for the break, but Anaheim was still business. Second HYROX done in 1:14. Not posting it for hype, just perspective. Events like that remind me why I train the way I do. They show what holds together when you’re tired, uncomfortable, and still expected to perform. That’s the heart of Legendary Strength Academy. Training that carries over into real life and hard moments. Sandbags, kettlebells, landmine, rotation, conditioning, all done with purpose. If you stayed consistent while I was gone, I see you. If you fell off, no guilt. Today’s a clean restart. Get back under load and keep building.
