Most of us were handed a way of living we never chose. The reactions, the patterns, the things we swore we were done with that keep showing up anyway. You pray, you read, you try harder, and still end up in the same spot wondering what is wrong with you.
Here is what I learned after living it. Nothing is wrong with you. You are not broken. You are running wiring laid down long before you had any say in it, and wiring can change. Not by hating yourself into it, but by understanding how you were actually made and working with it, kindly. That is what renewing your mind really means.
This is for people who believe the Bible and are tired of being told to try harder or accept that this is just who they are. There is a third way, and it holds.
