"If you want to improve, be content to be thought foolish and stupid."
— Epictetus, Enchiridion 13
Unresponsive broke people are the worst. Everything is beneath them, especially effort.
Ask questions, be okay with being new at something, be okay with looking a little ridiculous the first or third time. Every master was once a disaster.
How often does foolish pride hold us back and we think that looking foolish is beneath us? If you're broke, that likely happens a lot and you dont even know it.
Wealthy people are willing to mess up, fail, and learn, and improve. Give yourself that space to be stretch your legs and be great at something.
God bless.
