What is one small thing I can commit to for the next 7 days that honors my limits and my future self?
I don’t have to have everything in order. The dishes can stay in the sink. I can stop leaving work late; it will be there tomorrow. I will take a mental health day from work which I've done tomorrow. I am committing to the part that belongs to me.
