WEEKS 1-4:
Mon/Wed/Fri: 1ml cerbrolysin.
Drives *each* of the 4 nuerotrophic factors (NGF, BDNF, VGNF, GDNF).
Think overall neurochemical recovery.
Cerebrolycin seems to have an intiligence to it in that for some people it provides energy, for some itâs calming - based on what youâre in need of.
Tues/Thurs/Sat: Intranasal SS-31+ Noopept + Creatine (1 spray)
⢠SS-31: dramatic increases mitochondrial activity in the brain, increases clarity (300mcg)
⢠Noopept: increases glutamatergic activity and focus (5mg)
⢠Creatine: clears out neural inflammation (100mcg)
WEEKS 5:
*Keep everything above in and layer in:
Mon/Wed/Fri:
10-20mg methylene blue
Tues/Thurs/Sat:
⢠50-100mg Modafinil (or variant) or Orexin-A
⢠Plasmalagens
