Today was such a blessing! Serving side by side with my brothers and sisters helping our community..I truly feel this church is where God has called me. I have been in and out of GSL for Years, but this time it's different. Something stuck, and I am so grateful for each and every one of you in my life.. legacy Christian University was the doorway for me, made it easier for me to reach out and begin building relationships. I was isolated and a loner for years, even in my sobriety most of these past 7 years. Id been deeply hurt by people, and it was difficult for me to reach out and be a part of anything. You all have made it so easy for me to participate and reach out and feel I truly am part of this wonderful family. I am excited to see where God leads me in this ministry!! Thank you all!! This prayer was in one of my devotionals this morning and my spirit told me to share it with you this morning. Maybe we can pay this together this morning! Have a wonderful and blessed Thursday 💕 🫂 🙏 Father, Thank You for seeing me even when I feel forgotten. Thank You for knowing my story, my struggles, my questions, and my fears. Thank You that I never have to earn Your attention because I already have Your love. Help me to become more aware of Your presence in my everyday life. Open my eyes to see the ways You are working around me and within me. When I feel alone, remind me that You are near. When I feel unseen, remind me that You know me completely. And when I begin to doubt Your love, help me remember the cross and the sacrifice Jesus made for me. Today, I choose to believe that I am seen, known, and loved by You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
