It has been exciting, and nerve racking to get the ducks in a row. I too am on the reset, and with writing, promoting and Christmas guests and New Year's coming it has been a juggling game, and that makes being calm a little harder than usual. I do feel different, I am calmer and the inflammation is slowly making its way out of the scene. I can't believe that I have ankles. I have such wonderful information, please read it all. See if the reset is your final destination.

This is not a course you need to keep up with. Nothing here is mandatory. There is one short starting point if you want it. There will be more later, added slowly. You are allowed to read without posting. You are allowed to come and go. If all you do is arrive, that’s enough.
