Led By Love came at the perfect time - when I was bogged down with patterns, beliefs and stories that were bringing me down and affecting the beautiful life I had built. Sharif, Beth and the team got me out of these old scripts and into my body's wisdom. Learning to meet these feelings and my body's cues have allowed my self-trust, respect, and honor to rise, and my Queen archetype to emerge in it's elegant, peaceful state. I found Led by Love and this community 3 yrs ago and it has been revolutionary in my life. Although I had been in counseling and read tons of mental health books it had not set me free. The things I have learned in this program and the support I have received through Beth, Sharif and Marisol as well as the other women in the community have truly changed my life and freed me from resentment.

I am a different person than when I entered the program. I lived for decades, drowning, juggling, struggling. I did not know there was any other option. My LBL journey has led me to many unexpected places. I have found the deepest part of my soul. There is one thing for sure I will never abandon myself again. LBL has given me more than just another personal development kick or a temporary fix., It has literally changed my life.

I’m not sure I can even articulate what a gift this program has been for me. I have come home to myself. I had no idea when I started what that even meant, but it sounded so calm and loving.
