My pilates x strength challenge- update!
Been doing this for over a week now. What i have noticed is that pilates and strength is challenging in all sorts of ways- core controlled movements that are slow so I gave really focused on correct form and breathing. I can feel the difference and it has slowed me down on really concentrating and being in that moment. Been using dumbells, pilates ring and bands and ankle weights. I’m really enjoying the challenge! Also have made sure after I complete a workout, i am relaxing my body to chill out/lounge music whilst stretching!
