I have a 7 year old Golden Retriever who is a dream! I would love to get another puppy this summer! Should I or will it be too much for my beautiful dog Maggie?? Any advice??
My first motivational talk tomorrow. 🎤📈💫🚀🏆
Two Talks Down – And More to Come 🚀🎤🏆 This week marks a big milestone for me – not one, but TWO motivational talks in the bag! At the start of the year, this was just a dream in the distance… and now it’s HAPPENING Still feels surreal – but we’re rolling! But this post isn’t just about me – it’s about YOU 🔥 At the beginning of the year, the energy was HIGH ⚡ Goals. Intentions. Big visions. Then life happens… and sometimes it all dips and falls away. So let me ask you: What have YOU achieved this year that you set out to do? 👀✨ I want to hear it! Maybe you hit your best streak? 🔁 Maybe you made a small change that created BIG results? Maybe not everything has gone to plan – but you’ve made progress And that’s what matters 💪 This is your proof that change is possible That you’re capable of more than you think That those small promises to yourself add up to something MASSIVE 🚀 Let’s celebrate the wins – big AND small! 🏆 Drop them in the comments and let’s lift each other up You’ve got this. Let’s keep going. Let’s keep growing. #DoBetter #TrueSelf #SmallStepsBigChange #YouCanToo Let’s GOOOO 🗣️🔥🚀 — Scott

What’s good, everyone?! 🔥 I absolutely LOVE spring! There’s something about the longer, brighter days and that first bit of warmth creeping back in that gives me an energy surge like no other. 🌞 Now… have you heard of the KETO diet? I’ve been giving it a go for the past 6 weeks. Since getting sober and watching my life piece itself back together, I’ve been diving deeper into how much what we eat affects how we feel. I wanted to do even more for myself, physically and mentally. But rather than talk about it – I became my own lab rat. 🧪 I tested it all on myself, no shortcuts. And let me tell you… it’s been eventful! That journey led me to read Ultra-Processed People (highly recommend!) and right now, at 42 years old, I genuinely feel the strongest I’ve ever been. Here’s the thing though — there are levels to personal development and you are exactly where you’re meant to be right now. EVERYTHING is experience. People always say "It’s a journey" — but when you learn how to truly appreciate YOUR journey, you stop fighting it, play to your strengths, and start understanding why you’ve made certain choices in the first place. And if you know me, you know I’m not the guy to sugar-coat things or hand out excuses. I’ll always tell people straight: take responsibility, do better. But today, I’ve got a slightly different message for you… What if it WASN’T all your fault? What if everything that’s happened — the setbacks, the mistakes, the bad habits — all had to happen to get you exactly to this point? So now… YOU get to decide how the rest of it goes. 🚀 What if all of it was just to bring you to the place where you finally ask: "What now?" And once you get clear on that, you start moving in that direction. Here’s my ‘What now’: ✅ I’ve had an incredible life, but now… I prioritise ME. ✅ The people-pleaser version of me? He’s in the back seat. ✅ The wiser version, the one who wants to live to his full potential, is the one turning up now. ✅ While I figure out exactly what that looks like, I’m making my body stronger, fuelling myself properly, and understanding why I eat the way I do.

Developing emotional resilience
Thanks to everyone who has messaged me re my daughter and dog it means so much. The session in the classroom was to reflect on a recent set back and my daughter’s crash was step back number one. I readapted as was away from home to look after her and I continued to journal and meditate and take my dog out for a walks and I was tempted to drink so many times. I couldn’t make the gym and had to accept that. Then my dog Maisie had a stroke and she couldn’t walk or go to the toilet herself so I had her to look after too which meant I couldn’t take her for walks another part of my self care but I continued to meditate and journal. I did not drink I did however comfort eat but I accepted that what happened to my daughter and dog were all out of my control. I did not feel guilty by taking a step back from part of my self care. I needed too to look after my family and I did. My daughter is getting there and Maisie is now walking again my focus was on them and loving them and being there which I was and I am so very grateful for both my daughter and dog as it could have been worse as at one point they were looking at putting Maisie down. I have learnt from this that it’s ok to take a step back where needed and that I don’t need alcohol to solve problems in fact quite the opposite alcohol would have made matters so much worse. I am a strong person and can cope in stressful situations and my self care has continued in some ways and the rest I will reintroduce when the time is right Thanks again everyone x

Lots of love and so much stronger then you think you are ❤️❤️❤️
Woman down 🤧
Have a savage case of something 😂👀 fevers, headache, sinus issues etc I tried to ignore it and throw green smoothies at it yesterday didn’t work 😂 I have a field booked for the doggy today, school runs and dance tonight, fever or no fever it’s down to me, it can be tough when your poorly and you don’t have another adult at home to tap in for you or make you a cuppa. But the kids are with me later and whenever you get through something not so fun on your own you only add another notch of strength to your bad ass belt so there’s that silver lining 🙌🏼 Hope everyone has a fabulous Friday if your doing something today that you don’t have the energy for, but there’s no one to do it for you then go you! big big love to you too ❤️❤️
