The ultimate butterfly progression video
I came across this video towards the end of 2024, and I have always come back to it to see where I can pick up the next drill and improve my butterfly stroke.
I really like the video because it's old school. They don't teach like that anymore. You can hear the experience of the coach as he guides us through each stage progression. Listen to his words carefully- they are deliberate.
