Hi, everyone! I started this group in January with high hopes to build out a community to share what we have learned over the years as wedding DJs. To be honest, this year has been much busier in our business than I expected. We've had some milestones and hurdles to face as a team. We've built a solid system for the future and I am excited about it. One that can run without me! That said, I cannot put the time into this group that I originally intended to and have come to the decision to say goodbye to Skool for now. 3 priorities I’m locked in on 2026. 1. Systems: I’m actively building SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to make sure everything is not centered around my brain or skill set. 2. Communication: Our clients and Staff deserve to be in the know. I’m working on consistent forms of communication to them. 3. I just purchased an Insta 360 camera. It did not come with an SD card. How big of storage will I need do you think. For example, I have 3 weddings this weekend. Maybe 12 hours of dance footage?
