Welcome our new member Angel King
You’re exactly where you need to be. Right now, you might be figuring things out—pricing, getting orders, building confidence in your work. That’s normal. Most florists don’t fail because of talent… they struggle because no one taught them the business side. That’s what we fix here. Inside this program, you’ll learn how to: - Price your arrangements so you actually make profit (not guess) - Turn your skills into consistent daily orders - Build a simple system so you’re not relying on luck or random posts Start simple. Don’t try to do everything at once. Your first step: Go through the Mindset module and understand your numbers. That’s your foundation. You don’t need to be perfect—you just need to start building the right system.

Welcome Tee Are — You’re in the Right Place 🌿
Tee Are, glad you’re here. This community isn’t about making things look pretty —it’s about building a flower shop that actually makes money consistently. If you’ve ever felt: - Busy with orders, but not seeing real profit - Guessing your prices instead of knowing your numbers - Posting on Instagram but not getting real customers You’re exactly where you need to be. Inside this community, we focus on: - Turning your flower shop into a system-driven business - Fixing your pricing so every order is profitable - Using Instagram and simple marketing to bring in daily orders Start here: 1. Go through the Day 1 training (Florist Mindset) 2. Introduce yourself — where you’re based + what kind of florist/hobbyist you are 3. Share your biggest challenge right now (pricing, orders, marketing, etc.) The goal is simple: Get you to consistent, predictable orders — without burning out. Let’s build something real.

Thoughts on video 1 and 2
The first two videos gave me a lot to think about. I see the value in the structure they presented. It does not make any sense to go with emotions. How can a florist keep a shop in business for the remainder of their life if they constantly lack boundaries that keep them in a happy place in every aspect? As such, realistic, achievable limits are good for everyone. Good for the florist, the customers, the suppliers, etc.

Welcome to the community, K Shumate!
You’re in the right place if you’re serious about turning your floral skills into a business that actually pays you back—not just in creativity, but in real profit and consistency. Inside this space, we focus on what most florists are missing: - How to price for profit (not guesswork) - How to build a structure so you’re not overwhelmed - How to create consistent daily orders—not just holiday spikes Quick tip to get the most out of this: Start with Modules 1 & 2 and really think about where you’re currently operating from—emotion or structure. That awareness alone will change how you run your shop. When you’re ready, introduce yourself: - Where are you in your florist journey? - What’s your biggest challenge right now? Let’s get you moving toward a business that actually works for you.
