Must Read for Anyone Starting an AI Business
Hey everyone 👋 I want to make sure you’re truly using what’s inside the Classroom here on Skool — because it isn’t just theoretical content. It’s the proven starting point for building an AI service business in 2026, based on everything I've learned scaling my own 7-figure AI agency. When I first launched my business back in 2022, I was figuring things out in the dark — long days, trial and error, and a lot of mistakes before the real patterns finally emerged. Since then, I’ve worked with 7, 8, and 9-figure clients, helped thousands of people start AI agencies, and studied what separates the people who succeed from the ones who stall. And now the data is clear: There are TWO proven paths people are using to break into AI. All you have to do is choose the path that fits how you think and work. That’s why the very first thing you should do here is go to the Start Here module inside the Classroom. Inside it, you’ll find: - A clear breakdown of the two proven paths - Clarity on how to pick the one that fits you best - Then you'll find your playbook to land your first paid client fast Everything I wish I had when I started — the frameworks, playbooks, lessons, and action plans — is inside this Classroom. And I continue to update it based on what’s working right now. It’s all here for you, step by step. Don’t let this sit in your dashboard like another course. This is the stuff I lived to be where I am right now. Need an help on how to get clients and which niche to choose.
Hello everyone, This is Mohit, I have started doing AI Automation from last year as a freelancer on fiver, I close 3 clients with very low ticket price and a random niche, 2 is from B2B, 1 is from marketing, from last 3 months, I am very frustrating because on internet everyone is saying about different niche, like HVAC, Marketing, Recruitment, Law firms etc. I want clients and specially an international clients beacuse I'm from India and here the AI Adaptation is very slow, so if anyone have advice, or a perfect path please help me, I really need help from you guys.
Is this normal? My first production AI agent has humbled me
Is this normal, or am I just bad at this? 😅 Building my first production-level AI agent — a WhatsApp booking bot for a dermat clinic (n8n + AI Agent + Postgres/Redis + EkaCare integration). Booking, reschedule, cancel, the whole flow. The last couple weeks have been a real lesson in how many ways things can quietly break: - Agent confidently told a patient "you're booked!" — except the booking had actually failed, it just never found out - Session memory that worked fine... until a stray character in the key made it forget everyone was ever there - A field I *knew* was an array turned out to be a stringified array three nodes downstream, and everything silently broke - A workflow crash mid-booking left the system in this weird limbo state where the agent kept insisting it was "still checking" — forever None of these showed up until real (test) conversations hit them. Everything looked fine on paper. So — genuine question for anyone who's shipped agentic workflows to production: is this just what building these systems looks like? And if you've been through this — what's actually helped you catch this stuff earlier? How do you test for the weird edge cases (crashes mid-flow, race conditions, data type mismatches) before a real user finds them for you? Would love to hear how others approach testing here — feels like there's no "just write unit tests" playbook for this yet, or maybe I just haven't found it. 🙂

Cold Outreach
I am struggling with cold outreach. I am currently cold-calling businesses, but none of them seems to be interesetd and I often get hit with "You're another AI agency right?". So they've heard it so many times. Should I keep cold calling or should I try cold dming and emailing so that I don't get put on the spot and so my social skills aren't another problem?
