AI analyzes that text and automatically writes a full 3-phase roadmap based on their actual business.
The system goes straight into the project software, creates the client list, and maps out tasks with real deadlines.
It drops everything into a branded Google doc and emails a clean welcome message to the client.

The setup doesn't break if things take time, either. If a client takes days to sign or pay, the workflow just waits silently across platforms and wakes up the exact second they finish.

I also put a backup layer underneath. If any app glitches or an API times out, it doesn't crash the system. It just logs the error to a private spreadsheet so it can be fixed behind the scenes without the client ever knowing.

This completely eliminates the need to hire a VA or a junior project manager just to copy and paste data. The client gets a custom strategy brief minutes after paying, which completely wipes out buyer's remorse before the kickoff call even happens.
