I have noticed something interesting.
Many agencies can build impressive AI automations today. The technical barrier keeps getting lower every month but what clients really seem to value is someone who can understand their business, identify the real bottleneck and recommend the right solution even if that solution isn't the most complex automation.
Technology is becoming more accessible.
Business thinking is becoming more valuable.
In your experience, what skill has helped you win more clients than your technical ability?
I'm curious to hear what everyone has found.
If anyone wants to bounce around ideas on improving their client acquisition or online presence, I'm always happy to chat.
