Hi everyone! I've been spending some time going through the discussions here and one thing I have noticed is how much talent this community has. There are people building incredible AI solutions, automations, and workflows. It got me thinking... As AI becomes easier to build, technical skills alone probably won't be what sets agencies apart anymore. I think the businesses that win over the next few years will be the ones that can clearly communicate their value, build trust quickly and make it easy for potential clients to understand why they should choose them. I'm curious... What do you think will be the biggest differentiator for AI agencies over the next 2–3 years? - Better AI skills? - Better sales? - Better positioning? - Better client results? - Something else entirely? I would love to hear everyone's perspective and learn from the different experiences in this community.
