Restaurant Reservations Help

I've been working on a restaurant for a friend of mine, I'm trying to build him a chatbot & voice agent that, when people call or use it to make a reservation, they can check available times for the reservations & book them. However, I'm running into an issue now because none of the platforms that are used for booking restaurants allow you to create a reservation or even check available times. I'm confused on how to connect the agents to the booking apps if they don't have API's for that. Please help if you know how to get around this!
