Are AI Voice Agents Profitable ?
To anyone working with voice agents I have a question for you: How do you make profits from Voice agents? Recently I've been looking at switching my AI Agencies direction while still maintaining my clients but focusing on Voice Agents as they are quicker to deliver from client to client. However i've ran into a issue, when I look at voice agent platforms like ElevenLabs or Retell, I realize the pricing per minute & the rates are about $0.08 per minute. The issue im having with understanding this is if a average call lasts 5 minutes for most service busineses & the ones I've spoken to take about 100 calls a day, at $0.08 per minute thats $0.4 per call at 100 calls a day thats $40 a day on calls. With a 24/7 agent this would mean in a 30 day month $1,200 spent just running a AI like this, so my question is are you even profitable with Voice Agents? I don't know if its me but I don't see a restaurant or service business paying $2,000 per month for a Voice Agent to actually make you decent profit. So if you have sold Voice Agents can you please breakdown the costs for me and help me better understand how you made money with these agents and if it is just a high ticket monthly that they are paying or if Im missing something as I see people selling voice agents for $199 per month after the initial fee.

Lead Generation Automation ?
Hey Everyone, Im looking to start using automation to generate leads as a service, I think this is a very profitable opportunity to leverage the AI tools that are in the space & create automated lead generation solutions to sell to businesses. Im working with a couple of clients that I've built other automations for & im hearing that they would pay good money for that & that alot of them don't have a system in place for it. My question is, if anyone here knows how to generate leads, I've tried the basic apollo approach that every youtube video does but for my clients that doesn't work, I work with inventory management companies so their leads are restaurant owners, ceos, coos, etc. However apollo often times finds it hard to find correct owners since alot of the ones it tries to show are fast food & my clients work with higher end restaurants in the sense that its restaurants that include alcholic beverages like bars or nighclubs or gentlemen clubs, etc. So im looking to create a lead generation automation & I have clients waiting for it. My question is does anyone here know how to actually do that? If so reach out to & we can share ideas , if you really know what your talking about Im more than happy to split the money from my clients half way, each is willing to pay over $1500 for this type of automation just to be set up!

First & Second Client Ever Looking For More Now!
Hey everyone, I joined the community over 6 months ago now. I've been learning about AI Automation & reached out to a family friend who allowed me to do some builds for him for free, after working with him for about 3 months. He referred me to some of his colleagues in the inventory management niche. I was able to close 2 deals for $1000 setup + $5 per run. I built an email report automation that took their files & analyzed them, and then generated email reports that they could send out to clients in 5 - 10 minutes. I'm now looking to take on more clients to build automations for & I'm not restricting myself to one niche, I know its nothing crazy yet & its taken alot of work & alot of ups and downs but its a win that means alot & I'm going to have to continue pushing forward to build a full business out of this! I also want to take a moment to say none of this would be possible without trust in God & constant prayers I truly believe none of this would have been possible without it & Im happy to share this small with with others!
Restaurant Reservations Help
I've been working on a restaurant for a friend of mine, I'm trying to build him a chatbot & voice agent that, when people call or use it to make a reservation, they can check available times for the reservations & book them. However, I'm running into an issue now because none of the platforms that are used for booking restaurants allow you to create a reservation or even check available times. I'm confused on how to connect the agents to the booking apps if they don't have API's for that. Please help if you know how to get around this! Also, no offense, but only reply if you're willing to help, not just send me a link to your consulting agency.

AI Agent Training ?
I'm building a Agent on OpenAI that I can give access to a vector store in which I have multiple files. One file is a proofing report, the next is a inventory report, the next a knowledge file where I tell it how to use the other reports, and finally a refrence report which I explain is to look at the format of the response I want. My problem is I need the agent to look at the proofing file and analyze it, then create a list of the items that are missing a large amount or concerning, next I need it to look at the inventory report and find the items one by one all of their locations, the amount of bottles and other things like that from that file. Finally, I need it to generate a final list of all the items it had from the first list with their locations, bottle size and a couple of other information. Long story short no matter what prompt I use or what agent, it doesn't seem to output results like I need it to. The data Im using is alot so I'm forced to use models like 4o mini instead of the regular 4o. I don't know how to go about it, I'm working with a huge company since I know the owner and don't want to say I can't do it but I'm genuinely stuck. If anyone has developer experience or has worked on things like this for a while please help me out.
