Question about Voiceflow chatbot
I created a chatbot on Voiceflow that can check the inventory from a spreadsheet if a product is available and also collect the buyers information if he wishes to order on the spot and add the details to another spreadsheet.
My problem now is that it acts so unpredictably, sometimes it says that its going to check the invetory to see if the product is in stock and procedes to do nothing. Sometimes it just ends the conversation, sometimes says that the phone number given by the costumer is incorrect when its correct and other times it works very good. Feels very unstable.
How can I make it so that it has a more constant and predictable outcome?
