Pricing AIOS and who owns the IP

Hi,

I potentially have a new client for an AIOS build but I am wondering how to structure the agreement out.

I assume a hefty set up, can someone give me a ballpark range for that if there are multiple integrations, Telegram agent connection, role based tool access for employees, etc.

And then what would roughly a monthly retainer cost? Businesses flinch at 3-5k so I was wondering if that is too high? It'd be shopify, Quickbooks and Telegram as the main integrations. As well as a full inventory system.

Also who owns the IP for this build? It would be completely custom to him but I feel like if he owns the IP and see me as not as important down the road, he can move on and hire cheaper while maintaining his app.

What are your thoughts?
