Part three of the last lock-in is up!
This is the one where the game changes. We went from the initial chaos of the lock-in to a clear, defined mission: automating my entire business with Claude Code.
I mapped out all 83 of my operational tasks on a whiteboard with a single goal: to systematically eliminate them. This vlog documents the start of that process, the insane systems we built in just a few days, and the real, honest conversation about the fear and pressure that comes with operating at this level.
This is by far the most important chapter of my journey so far.
