Need Guidance

Hello community members,

I’m a beginner currently learning Claude Code basics through free resources and trying to build things alongside. I was considering upgrading to the $23 Pro plan (since the yearly option isn’t feasible for me), but I’ve run into some concerns.

Recently, my free plan limits were exhausted very quickly, within two prompts, and another time with just a single prompt. This hasn’t happened before, and after looking into it, I found that some paid users are reportedly facing similar issues.

Given this, I’m unsure whether I should upgrade now or wait until things stabilize. I’ve also thought about trying Codex, but I’m not familiar with it and worry that switching platforms would mean starting from scratch.
