Looking for Clients (Dentistry clinics) in the USA, UK, and Portugal

I am currently living in Brazil and looking to outsource my services to these 3 countries as I speak both English and Portuguese fluently. As the economic situation in Brazil isn't looking too good right now. I've gotten my WhatsApp number banned twice trying to prospect to these countries hahaha. Looking for a way I can prospect without getting my number banned sending messages to these countries. I've been emailing Clinic owners too but I fear that my emails are going straight to their junk. Any tips or advice on how I can start getting clients abroad?
