After learning, building and polishing AI voice agent for health & wellness, just talked to someone in close circle who is in health care field and he straightaway rejected the idea of having AI voice agents coz he said his customers only come to him coz they want to interact with humans and not robots as they are already in pain:/ now im thinking about what went wrong in my niche research ??? Should i completely disregard it and go for roofers & plumbers or focus on dentists or chiropractors may be...
