Basically, Nav is like having a full-time virtual rep who never sleeps — and it’s wild seeing him handle real conversations.
The setup process was actually smoother than I expected once I figured out how to:
- Configure intents and booking flows
- Capture caller info (name, business, email, etc.)
- Route everything to GoHighLevel automatically
I’m still fine-tuning his tone and responses, but hearing him handle calls confidently felt like a real milestone.
