We are hiring a Strategic Automation Architect for a high-impact, 30-day paid pilot.
This is not a support role.
This is not maintenance.
This is a focused mission to design and deploy core automation systems that remove friction from a growing business—fast.
If the work is exceptional, this pilot converts into a long-term strategic engagement.
The Mission (30 Days)
You will architect and deploy three foundational automations that materially change how the business operates:
1. Smart Calendar Gatekeeper
Build an AI-driven intake and qualification system that:
- Screens appointment requests
- Routes qualified prospects into the correct calendar blocks
- Eliminates manual scheduling and back-and-forth entirely
2. Missed Call & No-Show Recovery
Design an automated recovery system that:
- Detects missed calls and no-shows in GoHighLevel
- Triggers intelligent SMS and email follow-ups
- Rebooks qualified prospects without human intervention
3. Weekly Metrics Engine
Create a centralized reporting dashboard that:
- Pulls leads, calls, sales, and content performance
- Serves as a single source of truth
- Updates automatically, without manual work
Required Expertise
You must demonstrate expert-level proficiency in:
- GoHighLevel — CRM logic, calendars, workflows, messaging
- Make — Automation orchestration and system integration
- Google Workspace — Data foundations, routing logic, calendars
You should be comfortable owning architecture decisions - not just executing instructions.
Compensation
- Paid, project-based milestone fee for the 30-day sprint
- Compensation is tied to successful delivery of all three automations
- This pilot serves as a paid audition for a long-term role with significantly greater upside

- No proprietary lock-in - all systems live cleanly in client-owned accounts
- Transparent architecture - durable, documented, and understandable
- Measurable impact - real operational relief within 30 days
