I've chosen my path

I have chosen the Consultant path.

I have extensive experience in Customer Service for 12 years. Knowing how to treat people — that is hospitality — and it is one of the best skills people should have: talk to them, help them find what they need, be natural, be a safe space for them so they feel comfortable with me and know I am listening to them, and handle any issues if something goes wrong. 12 years later, I decided that I needed to grow and throw myself into sales — and interestingly enough, it is the best combination.

My father was a businessman, and I remember there were problems with staff: no compliance, changing orders, not duplicating requests. These things were leading to company growth problems.

Then, 6 months ago, I discovered AI agent tools that can help business owners reduce missed calls, missed appointments, and missed consultations. AI tools help them increase revenue — and that is how everything started.

And here I am now.
