Going the consultant route.
Why it fits me: I like being the person who figures out the actual problem before jumping to a solution. A lot of business owners know they need AI but have no idea where it would even help them. I want to be the guy who gets on a call, audits their business, and shows them exactly where they're losing money and how AI fixes it. The strategy side is what I'm naturally drawn to, not just building for the sake of building.
What I'm most excited about: getting on calls with real business owners and digging into how their operations actually work. Every business is a little different, so figuring out where the opportunity is each time keeps it interesting. Showing someone the ROI in black and white and watching it click for them, that's the part I'm looking forward to most.
Let's get it.
