I’m planning to productize my service, but the main challenge I’m facing is client onboarding.

In SaaS products, the process is simple, users just select a plan, make the payment, and instantly get access.

However, in service-based businesses, onboarding typically involves multiple calls, discussions, and gathering detailed information about each client’s business before commencing work.

My goal is to simplify and automate this onboarding process so clients can sign up, provide necessary details, and get started, all in a productized, streamlined way without needing manual calls.
