I'm all in
Hi everyone, excited to be here.
My background is in business development, sales, operations, customer relationship management, and process improvement, mostly across B2B industries like Pharma/Biotec, Oil and Gas, Infrastructure, and Government Contracts. From Canada-Chile.
About three years ago, I left my job after a major conflict with my boss because I needed more time to support my wife during her cancer journey, thankfully she is now in remission. Before that, I had already outgrown the role. I was building internal AI-style systems inside a very limited Copilot environment, including an email-response agent for my boss and sales team, an outbound sales system that helped with everything from prospect intelligence to closing, and a small SOP retrieval system so the team would not panic when key people were out, on vacation, or no longer with the company.
That experience opened my eyes. I realized I was creating more leverage for the business, but not being compensated for the extra value, just expected to do more. So I left, started doing freelance work for several existing clients, and kept some of them long term. My job has been mainly something in sales we call "closer". Then I discovered Claude, and honestly, my brain almost blew up...
Since then, I have been going much deeper into AI, automation, workflows, agents, business systems, and service design. I am now building my own internal AI operating system called JARVIS(Yes, I like Ironman) which helps me organize strategy, prompts, SOPs, client research, service development, workflows, and commercial execution. The biggest help for me has been to use Chatgpt to brainstorm and build ideas and Claude to execute(no massive token burn)
I am still learning, especially around AI automation, integrations, agents, Make, APIs, RAGs and client-ready implementation systems. I joined this community to learn from people ahead of me, share what I am building, and hopefully contribute from my background in business development, sales strategy, and real-world client problems.
If there is something I have learned the past 5 years: The average CEO,VP or whatever executive understands AI once you translate into THEIR language of concrete problems they have which they can get solved within 3 months.
Looking forward to connecting and growing with everyone.
