Been heads-down building AI systems the last few months, from voice agents, to automations, and even a live production app. Across all of them, the same thing keeps jumping out: most businesses are sitting on 2-3 things they could automate right now, they just don't know where to start.

So I'm taking on a few free AI audits each month. I'll dig into a business and map out 2-3 concrete automation opportunities — what to automate, what it'd save, and how I'd build it. Some turn into paid work, others won't but either way you keep the breakdown regardless. Capping it at a few since each one takes real time to do properly.
